What will happen during the sessions?
The first session is called the Initial Consultation which may take 2 hours, Your issue is then explored in a safe and supportive environment within the Back In Line Complementary Clinic, a plan of therapy will be agreed including the approximate number of sessions needed.
You may know what you want to achieve from therapy or you may be unsure, either way we will agree clear goals for you to work towards. We can look at the issue from different perspectives and if necessary look at any underlying feelings from past or present.
